Terms and Conditions: Bella's Wardrobe

Booking and Shipping:

  • Rentals are dispatched 2-5 days before your event using an overnight courier service.
  • Additional postal fees may apply for rural areas.
  • A return postal bag is provided with each rental.

Return Policy:

  • Rentals must be returned by 4 pm the next business day to avoid late fees.
  • For local rentals, garments ideally should be returned the day after your event.

Lost Items:

  • If a rental does not arrive, a store credit will be offered, deducting the postage cost.

Damage and Stains:

  • Please report any damage or stains promptly for necessary arrangements.
  • Repair or dry-cleaning costs may apply for damages.
  • If a garment is irreparable, the customer is responsible for the full RRP.

Late Fees:

  • A $10 late fee is charged for each day a rental is overdue.
  • Failure to return a garment within the scheduled return time may result in liability for both rental cost and late fees.
  • Keeping a garment longer than 10 days may result in a charge equivalent to the full RRP or a cost determined by Bella's Wardrobe

Refunds and Sizing:

  • No refunds are issued if a dress does not fit.
  • Communication about size requirements is necessary to avoid fitting issues.

Change of Mind:

  • If you change your mind, a store credit will be offered if communicated 4 or more days before the event.

Garment Care:

  • Treat rentals with care, as if they were your own.
  • Do not wash the garment yourself or organize dry cleaning; notify us if any damage or staining occurs.
